Petting Zoo

Or as Mandi say, "Germs, germs, and more germs!" We had fun despite the germs. Check out the baby goat. It's pretty much the cuttest thing ever (except Cooper of course)

WHO'S birthday is it?

No, that's not blood on Cooper's mouth. It is delicious, whippy, creamybuttery, elmo icing. Cooper got into it just as much as Sadie (my cousin who is 10 mos older than Coop). I will have to remember that next time he has a meltdown...

ker...BONK!!

How sad huh? He missed a step and fell down 2 CEMENT steps and landed on his head. It's kind of hard to see in this picture but he had the biggest goose egg I've ever seen. He hardly even cried. He's my tough kid

CoOPer's FiRSt JaZZ gAMe

He actually had a fun time at the game. I'm sure the people in front of us who got 1/2 a hamburger thrown at them had a good time to...
Jazz totally killed the Spurs. It was awesome

Story Time With Grandma

Sunday Entertainment

This camping table came in handy while I was getting ready for church. This is how Justin kept Cooper occupied. I would never have thought of this so it's a good thing I have Justin! Cooper loves it. I pull it out still every now and then. He has figured out how to walk up it in bare feet to=)

mY New vENtuRe

I went to an Usborne book party a few weeks ago and have never seen the books before. I fell in love pretty much instantly. I did a party of my own so I was able to get $100 in free books (uh-huh)and then I fell in love even more and decided to become a consultant. I'm so excited to get started! I put my link up on the side so you should check it out. If you want to look at the books or do a party-contact me. I would seriously love and appreciate it. I promise you'll fall in love with them to. I will be putting my book choice of the week up on the blog so everyone can see my faves

Show Me the $$$

We finally did our taxes. Hey, at least it's not April 15th and we're in the line at the post office around 10pm right? Well, we waited so long because we have had to pay a few G's every year. But guess what? WE GOT A RETURN!!! For the first time in 4-5 years. Oh yeah baby. So, now is it a new computer? Wireless internet? Vacation? Or put the money in the bank and save for a house which would be the very grown up thing to do? Only time will tell, but hey, at least we have options! Thank you Cooper

-Moab Trip-

We go to Moab every year for Easter with a bunch of our friends. It is so fun, for you that have been to Moab you know what I'm talking about, and for those that haven't-you need to go!! It was pretty chilly but we took our tent trailer down with a heater, that's a must with the baby (and it doesn't hurt me either=). We went to potatoe salad, the indian ladder, and played at the campsite. It was a great weekend and I can't wait to go again. We even saw two Jeepers roll which made the trip worth it (I'm not mean, they weren't hurt)

This is most of the gang that went down at potato salad

Yeah, he made it up the mountain. We thought for sure he would roll.

Um, that's not the best angle of us, but the indian ladder is pretty cool. It's a series of logs up a crevace in the mountain. We climbed up and then repelled down. It's such an awesome view from the top-too bad I forgot to take the camera up there! Sorry

That's the crevace you climb up

Cooper loved being outside! He even tried to eat a rock uh-oh! He seriously didn't make a peep while he was outside playing. He would freak out everytime we went to put him in the carseat.

What up homie

Cooper's little Easter Basket

He grabbed this hat out of our stuff on the way home and kept trying to put it on-Cute=)

dAY At ThE ParK

yEAH! We can finally be outside. This is at Discovery Park in P.G. Cooper loves to run around and go down the slide. I can't wait until we don't need jackets to go outside. I have seriously been counting the days...

~Parade of Our Home~

Jackie tagged me for this and I'm FINALLY getting to it! So, I love our condo. We have been here for almost 5 years (wOW!! I can't believe it's been that long) and there's tons of stuff I want to do to it but we are already grown out of it so we are just going to save every penny we can to buy a house instead. Even though I want a house pretty bad I will be sad to leave this place. We've had so many good memories and it's where we brought Cooper home for the first time. So, here is our condo in all its glory.

I will just put in a few tidbits about some of the pics. The O'Jerusalem picture in the front room was a present from Justin while we were engaged. We went to the open house for the Nauvoo temple and it was during my birthday. He tried to sneak it home but there was no way it's WAY too big.
I LOVE my kitchen! I have a hard time finding that much cabinet space and as nice of counters in houses.
The yardstick in Cooper's room was given to me for my baby shower, my friend Becky made it. It's so dang cute. Definitely one of my favorite things in his room.
Yes, that is a coconut bra in Cooper's bathroom-a few visitors have actually tried it on. No, they were not 'my' friends=/
Oh, the picture of the blinds with the bricks behind it is the view from the master bedroom. Yeah, we used to have a great view of Timp until about a year ago and they built an optical shop RIGHT next to us. That was a hard adjustment but at least it's not trashy apartments.
I didn't put in pictures of the office/workout room/junk room but you can refer to the 'elipticizing' post if you want to see it. Otherwise THAT'S OUR HOME SWEET HOME!
P.S I am tagging ANDREA MILNE, KEN AND TERI, and ALEXIS

sUMmeR!!!

I don't know about all of you guys, but I have major cabin fever! I think Cooper does to. He now goes to the front door and tries to open it. We went to the park yesterday and it was so great (pictures will be posted soon) but we still needed jackets so it's not quite the same. Am I the only one or is everyone else ready for beach bum, camping weather? Lake Powell and Bear Lake here we come~just 3 (oh man) more months!

The Good Old Days

This was so fun! Alexis and I were good friends in high school, I pretty much lived at their house my junior year, but I got married, she got married and moved out of state and we pretty much just got old and lost contact. I was lucky enough to find her on facebook right before she came out to Utah for a visit. So we hung out at her parents house just like 'the good old days' and reminisced about high school, boyfriends, and the usual girl talk. It's always fun to find old friends.

He's a Dipper!

This kept him occupied the whole time we were eating, which is pretty awesome. I thought the salsa would be too hot for him but he loved it. He never stopped dipping his chips the whole time. The only time he made a peep was when he needed a new chip. He loves Los Hermanos chips and salsa-he's definitely my kid!!! He loves to do this with chicken and fries to.
